Notes for Registration
Registration will ONLY be accepted by 11^th, October 2009.
Registration with the appropriate payment can only be accepted.
Any changes or alterations must be made in writing to the secretariat via e-mail or fax.
A confirmation letter will be sent within two weeks via e-mail upon receipt of your registration and full payment.
No refund will be made after registration.

Notes for Bank transfer
All bank charges for remittance must be borne by the participants.
A copy of the receipt of the bank remittance with the participant's name should be sent to the secretariat by fax or e-mail.
If payment is made by any person other than the delegates, please make sure all names are indicated with a copy of the receipt of the bank remittance.
